Located at the top of all Featured Pages, banner designs complemented all editorial articles. Using a combination of official game assets, original type treatments and design. I created unique compositions that would showcase the theme of the editorial article being promoted.

FilmSpot.com
FilmSpot.com featured all its content on movie pages: I designed templated movie banners that show a visual representation of each film. Design complemented the title and tab buttons that allowed users access to content. I created all movie banners by combining available assets and internet search images.
GameSpot
GameSpot Primers and Game Guides were a challenging aspect of editorial design. Because of intellectual property rights I could not use official assets or logos in our unofficial cover art. Instead I designed original assets and type treatments that were close to the branding style of the real intellectual property that was featured.
