Overview

Objective: A Freelance Opportunity: Present a design solution that identifies two specific types of users—Casual and Seasoned. Build a flowchart that focuses on both target audiences. Provide a high fidelity mock up for the site homepage that incorporates all of the above.

How: Begin with User Research to establish who are the two user personas types within the target audience. Create new website architecture that establishes key conversion points for both Casual and Seasoned users within the journey from login in to seeing the race results. Incorporate all of the above to provide a new design the homepage.

Although not selected for the project, the updated user personas helped to refine a clear understanding of the target audience, enabling designs that address both casual and seasoned users effectively.
